All our products come with a warranty, mentioned with each product with details.
This website is operated by companion.com.pk. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to companion.com.pk.
Warranty can be claimed with proof of purchase (image will be fine too).
Our site uses SSL technology and encryption to support secure online transactions.
We provide after-sales services for all products purchased from anywhere in the world. Please contact our customer service for claims and we will be happy to assist you.
Customers must provide full, accurate, and legible information in the order form.
All information provided on the Companion website for registration or online purchases will be treated in confidence.
All prices are in Pak. Rs., payable to Companion at par in Karachi, Pakistan.
For international deliveries, any customs, excise, or other duties and levies (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
The prices and shipping charges shown while placing an online order do not include any duties/levies for any given country.
All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
Companion reserves the right to change designs and prices without notice.

Deliveries

For COD deliveries in Pakistan, please pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery.
No personalization service is offered on COD order(s).
Orders will be processed and delivered once payment is received by Companion.
Allow up to 7 working days for deliveries within Pakistan.
Allow up to 15 working days for international deliveries via courier.
If incorrect information is provided and Companion is unable to deliver, the customer must pay product and delivery charges. No refund or replacement will be provided.
Companion is not liable for any loss caused by late, missed, or non-delivery.

To report a defective or incorrect product, provide complete evidence such as receipts, pictures, and videos.

Credit/Debit Card Payments (Master/Visa)

All payments must be authorized online.
Orders are processed only after authorization from the payment processor.
Companion is not liable for any payment processor delays or issues.
Non-authorization of payment may lead to order failure.
Additional verification may be required for transaction processing.

Refund/Exchange

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for refunds or exchanges.
No refund/exchange is accepted after 7 days of delivery.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds take 5–7 working days after receiving the product.

Currencies Other Than Pakistani Rupees (Rs.)

Default pricing is in Pakistani Rupees.
Currency conversion is estimated and may vary slightly.
Final pricing is based on the US Dollar to PKR exchange rate.
Bank charges/commissions for currency conversions are not Companion’s responsibility.

Color Variation

Colors seen on screens may differ from actual product colors.
We aim to provide accurate depictions, but minor color variations may occur.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
